Can't send private message

Tried replying to a message tonight and it replied blank and now I cant send OR reply to a message...it says I need to fill in the subject and message spaces but they both are.


UPDATE: Well it let me reply but it still doesnt let me do a quick reply OR send a new message.

I dont know where else put my question and it wont let me create a new topic.

I cant send PMs. When i click on PMs tab it says:

Dev.iL, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

can someone help pls? thanks

Presumably this is for spam prevention, and will be available after a requisite level of activity or time that isn't specifically outlined to help mitigate gaming it.
