Any idea why OS looks like this in my browsers?

hey, ive never had an issue with viewing OS anywhere, but on my work computer the main page and the top of the forums will always look like this:

Discover the magic of the internet at Imgur, a community powered entertainment destination. Lift your spirits with funny jokes, trending memes, entertaining gifs, inspiring stories, viral videos, and so much more from users.

the filter here at work is Zscaler, is that the issue?
    thanks in advance!

It's your work filter, before they blocked the site all together for me at work mine looked that way as well.

Couldn't really respond either, I would read on the site and respond with my phone.
