The @ stuff has been nice on other forums that have moved on to Xenforo.

Re: Suggestion for the Site

Was wondering where some of this stuff ended up, out of curiosity? vBulletin 3.7.x is 11+ years old and lacks a lot of the features mentioned in this thread a couple years ago - most now commonly found in communities of any size. I think since then the new front end for content launched, but honestly isn't very well integrated so I bet most don't see it (probably a huge disparity in metrics between the forum and that other UI). The Enthusiast Sports acquisition was just over a year ago this month also.

So what's in the cards, anything cooking?

Thanks!

Steve mentioned on another thread they are "in the process of testing new forum software, behind the scenes."

I’d love if clicking threads brought you to last unread instead of having to click that little box next to the thread

Re: Suggestion for the Site

I'd like if the front page had a separate section for ultimate team articles aside from the main list of new articles. As it is, the HUT, MUT, FUT, My Team, articles really clog up the front page, and for anyone who has zero interest in those modes, it's an annoyance. I get that these modes have generally taken over the sports landscape, but they need not dominate the article feed on OS.

It's been separated within the forums, but it's not really sensible to take it out of the news feed itself because then there's no other way to post it and for it to be discovered easily -- same goes with anything we post.

If what you're really asking for is more sub-headers to be able to click on (guides, features, news, ultimate team, reviews, previews, etc.) at the top of the OS front page to better curate what you're looking for, then that's fair.
