I've been having the same issue for a while now. Using Firefox.

I don't get it. Are you guys saying every time you hit the space bar it hits space 3 times? I've used FireFox, Safari and Chrome and don't see this issue.

Is everyone on the same theme? OS 4.0 Responsive? Just trying to narrow it down more.

I'm using OS 4.0. It's not the space bar, but the enter bar. I'll post an example.

This is how it looks when I have a space between lines in the message reply box
And this is how it shows up if I start a new line directly below. In the attached image, that is how my post shows up in the message box before I submit it. As you can see, it looks fine. Once the post gets submitted, it ends up the way you're currently looking at it.

This line again is just a single space, but shows differently in the post.

Yeah it doesn't happen while typing the post, it only shows up after you've sent the post.

It's weird

Using Firefox/OS 2.0 Dark and I'm seeing this as well.

I usually just hit preview post, then delete the spaces before I submit the reply. Although, I didn't do it in this example.

I probably should do that too. I always just post, and if I feel like it I'll edit my post and remove the spaces.

But the problem definitely is Firefox. Though only Firefox on OS(or this type of forum) because I've posted on other sites and everything is fine. And if I post on OS using something else like Tapatalk, it's fine too.
