How exactly do you import this file into the game?

Sorry, I'm new to this game, but would love to be able to play it with the mlb teams.

I've tried selecting "y", "n" and "a" after getting the message, "There seems to be a problem with the database" but when I go into the game I can not find the teams anywhere. I've even deleted all custom leagues and only have the original "Super Mega League" left. Do I need to create a league in the game with all the MLB team names first and then replace them in the transfer tool?

Also looking for help to use these teams. I have the team transfer tool, but I keep getting a "No save data found" message when trying to use it.

I believe the Team transfer tool program was written specifically for STEAM installed versions of the game. If you installed the EA/Origin version of the game there is a different Team transfer tool executable written to cater for it. I was able to find this version in the discord for SMB3 in the #Modding room.
