Just got one for TS4...anybody know what it does? I'm currently signed out of PSN to bypass the "balancing update" and nothing seems to be affected too much by it...maybe I'll try signing in an playing a quick game to see if it was intended to fix the wonky balancing thing.

Otherwise, anybody know what it does?

I think it was just to fix the PS3 online issues. I played a tournament and saw no gameplay difference.
