I just want a Next Gen tennis game with more than what 5-6 pro players in there?

I hope there'll be a next-gen tennis game, on March there'll be three years since the last Top Spin but unfortunately tennis games aren't that popular to make an investment.

Tennis games would do fine if marketed, managed and financed properly. But there are large and tedious (and financial) obstacles to overcome like having to not only individually sign each player but also each tournament, sponsors etc. In the end it makes it not worth it which is very unfortunate.

Another thing to note is there is the ATP Players Council which represents registered ATP members. Maybe they should be approached with the idea of licensing players in bulk.

just depressed that there's no tennis game on the horizon. TS 4 was my most played game on the 360

I've done great on my Tennis gaming by creating all my own pros in Grand Slam 2 on the PS3 with ratings that make them play realistically, and never using the players that came with the game. When you create players with much lower abilities, you see much more diverse game play. And I can add players anytime I need new ones that haven't existed before. The game is always up to date because I never need to add more than one or two players. I often start in the 4th round with the tree lined up exactly like in the real tournament.

Save yourselves the pain and disappointment and buy Tennis Elbow 2013..it has everything you want.

Well, I wouldn't call what I'm doing a pain or a disappointment but I'll check out Tennis Elbow.
