Great video. I embedded it for you. FYI - If you select "share" and "Embed" on youtube, you can just copy that embed code from youtube and paste it on your post, and the video will show up like mine. I think it makes it a little easier for the user so that they don't have to be redirected to a page. When they click play, it still counts as a view.

A couple hints (you don't have to take my advice, just some observations)

1. Try turning the aiming detail off. That's conflicting with what some other have said, but I find I play much better with it off. Here is why: I am focused on my feet more, my positioning when I hit, etc. I find that you can absolutley learn hitting without the aiming detail on, if you noticed none of my gameplay videos have it on. Not only will your mind learn how much you need to need to push the joystick left or right (or up or down), but it will feel much more natural. You will be able to focus more on the right things.

2. When the CPU serves out wide, try hitting a deeper shot. Your short shots are sitting ducks, and almost impossible to recover from on wide serves. I recommend the same if he/she serves hard down the middle, try hitting it deep in order to make it a harder shot for the CPU.

Like I said, you don't have to take my advice. Just wanted to throw a couple ideas out there.

Here is a match I just played against the CPU on Legend difficulty. Came into the match confident, and actually had some good points. But, I need to get better at playing at the top side. I don't want to take the easier way out and play only on the bottom side (Follow user camera).


I didn't win a game on the top side, but won all but one on the bottom. I'm using the McEnroe I created (Which you can see in the editing thread), who is 87 overall, against the 88 overall Borg.

It's become personal now....


I win about 50% of the time on Grand Slam difficulty, but I CANT beat Andy Murray. I've played him 3 times, and I lost to him the last two times 6-3.


I start this match off getting aced twice, but I gather myself and have a few solid games, and fall off again.


Super frustrating, I need to play better.

Retro can you suggest the most realistic settings for game speed and ball speed on hard Clay and grass? Playing for 1st time right Now

Currently my favorite are:

Clay: Ball Speed = 50, Game Speed = 65
Hard: Ball Speed = 65, Game Speed = 75
Grass: Ball Speed = 75, Game Speed = 85

But I'm still experimenting
