    Coach Contracts Rule

I assume most folks are fine with where they are coaching. (I'm personally not having a lot of fun at USC but we keep winning and I'm having a good recruiting class. It's just not especially fun.)

Anyway, as it stands there is no current "official" rule regarding how long you should stay at your school. Do we want one (i.e. you must stay 2 years) or is everyone okay with being able to switch after one year?

My take is this- I want each of you to coach at a school where you enjoy it and you get a handful of user games.

I like the idea that we can go anywhere we want after year 1.

I am good with it being open and without restriction.

Yeah we should be able to go where we please. Especially if it's not enjoyable. I think we can go farther with this if everyone is free to make sure they're having a good time.

(I'm taking everyone else's silence as tacit approval for this line of thought....)
