With EC now over, can't believe how fast WM is coming up already.

I love how we have 6 weeks between EC and WM. Feels like some events in the past have led to maybe 3 weeks between shows and WM build gets rushed.

Any ideas on matches for the show?

Do we get Bayley vs Becky? Damage CTRL vs ???

A women's battle royal? Andre battle royal?

Gunther vs Sheamus vs McIntyre would be big.

Usos defending the titles against Zayn/Owens (and if so, is it even the Usos, or does Solo replace Jey?)

Lashley vs Lesnar? (Do we see fight pit? Last Man Standing? I Quit Match?)

Edge vs Balor? (With the rumored match stipulation too)

Rey vs Dominik?(does Reys career wind up on the line? That would be a nice ending to his career, in his home state vs his son)

Rollins vs Logan Paul

Theory vs Cena?

Does JBL come out of retirement for one night to face Corbin?

Who does Wyatt go after?


Each show seems to have about 7-9 matches based on past years. We have 3 confirmed already, so about a dozen or so more to be named. Most of which I think I've guessed above.

Blame tapatalk (seemed like every time I edited the OP it would lead to the thread title getting more messed up, and tapatalk doesnt let me edit thread titles). I'll have to manually go on through a mobile or desktop browser to fix it

Based on leaks of the WM stage, they're really going for the Oscars/Emmys/Grammys style award show stage setup with all the stairs from all angles leading to the stage.

I have no comment on stage leaks; since it’s the only one they put an effort into anymore I just wait for the official reveal, but…

Its a shame we don't get different stages anymore.

Ruthless Aggression era stages were so cool.

I get they want to keep the LED screens, but why not at least create a different look using the same screens so it appears like it's different rather than just the same screen with a different logo.

Or even like what they did with Apollos old entrance (an underrated part of what the LED screens could be)



Just using the LED screens, they could easily add different sceneries/graphics and make it look like different stage designs without the stage actually being different.

These stages do look way better in person than on TV. Would be nice if they kept it simple. Solos entrance before the 500 lights come on looks cool because of how simple it looks.

I said in an earlier post that each show since they went 2 nights has 7-9 a night on average, so 14-18 total.

13 is a bit less, but not by a lot. Would've had 14 if we had Lashley vs Wyatt like planned.

Obviously the idea of Omos beating Lesnar would be hated by fans but if they found a way to have Lashley cost Brock while reforming the Hurt Business in the process I think they can salvage Lashley. I also think Lashley not being on the card or involved in any matter would be a reason for Lashley to go back to MVP and reform the Hurt Business.

Either way, it does seem there is room for some surprises to happen on both nights with only 13 total matches.

They need to reform the hurt business.

They don't even need to cost Brock the match, he can still win, but after the match is when we see Lashley come in.

Benjamin comes in after and for a brief moment we think Lesnar and Benjamin might finally team up in WWE, but then Benjamin just joins in.
