WWE’s Extreme holiday has come and gone, but the WWE Universe will feel the reverberations of Extreme Rules 2014 for some time, as Daniel Bryan retained his illustrious WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a brutal battle against Kane, The Shield put a halt to Evolution, The New Face of Fear wore a wide, wicked smile, and a new Intercontinental Champion was crowned.
Per The Authority, The Shield’s Dean Ambrose will defend his United States Championship in a 20-Man Battle Royal tonight on Raw. What else awaits the WWE Universe?

I hope Ambrose retains, they've had him carry that belt through airport security for way too long not to give him the courtesy to get pinned to lose it.

I think they just want him to lose it in a match like this to make him come out still looking strong. That's why I expected him to lose it last week on SD.

Fantasy booking alert: I would let him lose it to Randy Orton in a one on one with interference from Evolution and the Shield. Drag the feud out some more so we can have another 3 on 3 at... Hell in a Cell or something (or that battleground stuff, whenever that is.

Let Randy have the belt for a while, brag about how he's so naturally gifted and stuff that he took this for fun. After a few months have somebody who's hot (throw you guys a bone and say Ziggler) take the belt from him.
