Not surprised at lack of impressions so far; I think the game has been available to the general public for the eternity that is 38 minutes.
Seriously though, my brother's out buying the game now, and I'll get to play it after my classes end at 2. -

I buy SvR every year-it is a given for me. Impressions to follow once I get down to Gamestop and pick it up. Surely they made enough improvements/features to warrant a purchase. Yeah...while HBK was always the first guy I'd use, I always remember Benoit being one of the first so I could see his suplexes and whatnot.
I'm up in the air on this one...if TRU has this with the gift card when I go to get SMG with gift card then I'll pick it up now, otherwise it may be a December pickup. I can't pass on a WWE game, just too many games (and deals) out now. Relaying impressions from my brother who has been talking about the game with me over IM while I do my homework...
-in general feels similar to last year's Smackdown game
-Shawn Michaels' music is not the arena version of his theme (apparently it's a version off Full Metal: The Album, which is the same song at a different pitch)
-fighting styles are a neat addition, particularly for the speed wrestlers; they actually seem like they have a chance now
-in order to assign custom music on the XBOX360, you have to put a particular track in it's own playlist; kinda wonky, but not major
-24/7 mode is horrible (he didn't give specifics, but this is not the first time I've heard this)
Again I have not personally played the game yet but will get to later. I'll try join you all online, but I have to go through a ton of trouble to get online here at UVa, and I can't always get on. I also realize the above isn't much, but it's something to start with, heh.Comment
