don't really know of any current ones, as I haven't watched wrestling in 2 or 3 years.

As far as the argument is concerned, I guess it depends on what you would want to base it on.

Most successful (from a titles stand point) Edge & Christian won the most WWE tag titles. Dudleyz won multiple titles in 3 different (4 if you count TNA) organizations.

Most fun to watch (at least from my perspective) would be either the Steiner Brothers or the Hardy Boyz

Most innovative, Hardy Boyz, Edge & Christian, Dudley Boyz, Road Warriors

I will add...Arn and Ole Anderson....they would just flat out beat the crap out of their opponents....and were fun to watch. Even Arn and Tully Blanchard were just as fun to watch.

Don't really follow WWE but how many titles have they won? I know Harlem Heat has 10 and Bubba Ray has said that the Dudley's have over 20.

I was speaking in terms of WWE tag titles. Yeah, I'm sure the Dudleyz won well over 20.

Yep. 23-time Tag Team Champions. Edge & Christian were only 10-time champs. Both totals are all-time, not just WWE. And the Dudley Boyz have the coolest tag finisher in wrestling history. "Devon! Get The Tables!!!!"

The Rockers, As Gorilla Monsoon would say "Tag Team Specialists." If it wasn't for the Rockers there wouldn't of been The Hardy's or Edge And Christian.

aside from who everyone feels is the "greatest" team, which team did you guys enjoy watching most?

from an entertainment standpoint, from an in ring ability standpoint, from a "wow" factor standpoint.

I used to love watching the Steiners in WCW. before Scott became Big Poppa Pump, he was a technician in the ring.

My answer is above, lol. The Dudley Boyz have been my favorite Tag Team for a while. I would love for them to come back to WWE, but TNA is where guys go when there is a personal problem between performers and the company. I still can't believe they've been in TNA for the past 6 years. And my one regret is that I never figured out how to do the 3D through a table on any of the video games, haha.

Ax and Smash. And I guess Crush. Im surprised no one said HBK and HHH. They tagged quite a bit in the late 90s. This list essentially looks like a bunch of "name" tag teams. Two Man Power Trip and Rated RKO shouldnt be up there. Those were stars put together into a team, and not necessarily great ones either.

Notwithstanding that they are both flameout idiots now, I was a huge fan of the Hardys back in their tag team heyday. Not sure if they were the "greatest" but they were the pair I enjoyed watching the most.

Also, I'm throwing Head Cheese (Al Snow and Steve Blackman) and the pair of Booker T and Goldust into this conversation because... ...well, because I can.

Because essentially the greatest tag teams were "name" tag teams. That's why they were always tag team champions, because they were popular and over and the 'E wanted them to succeed to improve ratings. Correct me if I'm misunderstanding what you mean.

And when I think Degeneration X, I thing them, not necessarily Billy Gunn and Road Dogg. I know BG and RD were a part of DX, but I consider them a completely different tag team as the New Age Outlaws.
