Only time I thought Duggan was ok was before he went to WWE with the Hooo and 2x4 when he was in the Midsouth, maybe early in his WWE years he was ok also but just got annoying to me shortly after going there.

It was a Russo deal, bro. Anything to make Cornette look out of touch and old. Although in this case I think all had to do was give Cornette enough rope to hang himself.

It's just funny as someone who watched WWF every week back then to think that just 6 years prior to that WWF was headlining Wrestlemania with Hogan/Sid and Savage/Flair. Meanwhile 6 years ago from today the tone and the look of the product was identical.
