Re: New Japan Pro Wrestling Discussion

Finally got around to watching Nakamura/Ibushi from WK9. That is arguably the best match I've ever seen.

I had seen Naka/AJ from WK10, but now after watching both, I am so incredibly excited to see this guy in WWE.

I've watched a lot of wrestling, and definitely think Nak vs Ibushi is the best match I've ever seen. And that was sort of the start of when I got really serious with NJPW. Just a great match.

Yeah, and watching both this and the WK10 match make me feel good about how he'll be treated in the states. He's such an incredibly unique and talented guy that they would be borderline insane to not let him be himself.

I need to watch more Ibushi matches now as well. That kid can absolutely go.

Re: New Japan Pro Wrestling Discussion

Its a shame Ibushi left New Japan but hopefully that means WWE tries to get him for the Cruiserweight series.

I think he is actually gonna sign with the WWE at some point here. I know Nak has said good words about him, and he himself teased at least participating the Cruiserweight Open.

I'm not getting my hopes up, but I am thinking it's a logical next move unless he really just wants to freelance in Japan.

Hopefully, though. Dude could be a mega-star with his skills given the right opportunities.

Nakamura's match last night got me over here wanting to re-subscribe to NJPW World...lol. Just really wish it was available on Roku or Apple TV
