I'd merge all titles. So we have:

WWE title
Womens title
Men's tag titles
Womens tag titles
IC title

And then introduce the TV title(MAYBE also a womens TV title). A title that can only be defended on TV, and must be defended weekly (so the champ has a choice each week if they want to defend on raw or SD)

All champs can appear on both shows. And with no more rematch clauses, we won't need to have new champs feuding with the person they just beat for another month if the situation doesn't call for it

IC & US titles should be booked like a TV title. No need to add more titles tbh...Just book that weekly to get the midcard over.

I think IC should be the mid card title we see defended on PPVs and every so often on TV.

TV title could be the TV exclusive title. So we dont have to see it defended on PPV, which frees up a spot for other match.

US title is pointless. It's a second rate IC title. Replace it with a title which makes more sense.

In the end we go from 6 mens and 3 womens titles to 4 mens and still 3 womens, but just remove the branded aspects.

Adding in TV title, we will have 5 matches on ppv that are title matches, leaving about 2-4 main card matches that are regular ones. Could see some more #1 contender matches at PPVs too.

I honestly don't think number of titles is the issue. You can keep the number of titles and just have less physical interaction between the champ and Challenger. Why do I need to see some form of the 2 in a match together every single week until the actual event.

Week 1 - 1v1 match
Week 2 - Tag Match vs each other with someone else currently in a feud
Week 3 - Tag Match where champ and Challenger are on same team.
Week 4 - A brawl after some talking.

It just happens all the time. There's no happy medium Currently in WWE. You either have the Brock issue where there's too little interaction or the other side where it's entirely too much.

And matches need to end cleanly way less often.

Why would I care about a match between 2 superstars who have faced off in singles matches multiple times recently where a decisive winner was crowned after 10+ minutes of action. And odd tag match mixed in during that stretch too.

People joke about past eras and the 4 min matches ending in DQ so often,but that formula made ppv matches important because it's the rare time we see those individuals compete in longer match with actual finishes.

WWE needs to start booking with a different Universe Mode save file for that to stop happening.
