He likely doesn't care, but he's easily the top guy in the industry by any measure, so I doubt he'd spend the time acknowledging it.

It's a complete farce to put anyone above him, right now.

I love the MSG crowd. So into the show, they root how they want but they’re not overly snarky and try to make themselves the stars.

That place exploded for the Demon!

Great show. Great matches, everything had a purpose, stories getting pushed forward. How can Raw be so boring and Smackdown be so good all the time.

I love how Heyman comes across as someone who invited their ex to the wedding and is "shocked" they came and your new partner has to find out about it this way. Brilliant.
The crowds reaction after that was definitely not PG. Wasn't expecting to hear that on a WWE show.

When we see Reigns vs Lesnar, I want Heyman as the ref. You have 0 idea what would happen there.

It's just too much television for two old *** dudes to dedicate to, IMO.

They need to find someone younger that has some good, creative ideas that can make RAW more engaging.

They have the talent, although some more fresh faces would help, but the booking and storytelling often isn't there.

If it wasn't for Priest, Lashley, McIntyre, RK - Bro & New Day, I'd likely just watch YouTube clips.

And Rhea Ripley on the women's side, but they've dropped the ball in a lot of ways through her time on RAW.

Anyway, Smackdown was once again "must watch television."

WWE def doesn’t have a talent issue. Even with everyone whose left their roster is still insane. They have a story problem.

yeah that was an all timer. only real issue is no women's match. on a stacked card and 2 hours that's gonna happen sometimes.

Re: WWE Raw & Smackdown September Thread

This show went by so fast in a good way. Shows like Raw drags on where you're checking how much longer until its done.

The time on this show flew by, and even watching it recorded, I didn't skip anything minus commercials and it still felt like it went by so quick.

How can Raw and SD be so different!?

As for the no womens match, I'm surprised at that too. I know she's a heel, but Zelina would've been the perfect one to have in a match this week given how special a moment this would've been with it being the day before the 20th anniversary of 9/11, her dad was one of the victims, and SD is in NYC.
