Re: WWE Raw & Smackdown September Thread

This Boston crowd has been great tonight.

Nobody told Tamina she wasn't supposed to kick out.....that was a bad ending to that match.

I’m shocked that they actually followed through after hyping it. Really happy for Big E.

what a moment. nobody deserves it more. a welcome change for RAW though Lashley title reign was pretty great.

Re: WWE Raw & Smackdown September Thread

Big E is champ!

What a special moment for Big E and New Day. Nothing can top Kofimania, but this was great.

I hope we see E have a long title reign. And the possibility of New Day vs Bloodline at Survivor Series will be so cool.

Looking at the reaction online, it's truly a special moment not just for Big E, but the lockerroom too.

From FCW a decade ago, to making his way through NXT, there's so many talent currently in WWE and others who have moved on to other companies who have known E for many years, so they know how well deserved this is. Everyone from Bayley to FTR to Becky Lynch (and her mom) to Ali and many more are all joining in.

I'm really happy for Big E, I just got done watching RAW and it's hard to get excited after watching your team stink up MNF. It does feel rushed from a creative standpoint but that's what makes MITB unpredictable is that you never know when it will happen. Just wish they at least teased it a bit more with Bobby following the New Day/Lashley stuff before tonight. Overall, I probably needed to watch that to at least give me something positive to end the night on.

Can I just say though... Since 2019, WWE has had 3 Black WWE Champions. That's incredible to think about.

He's also the third ever superstar to win the NXT and WWE title.

The interesting story I heard online, Big E was scheduled to win the title at the draft, which would've marked one year (as in from draft 2020 to draft 2021) from when New Day got split up.

Its interesting to see now if E just goes to Raw, or if he's considered a SD superstar still. I could see him considered a SD star right now so that there's extra intrigue come the WWE draft to find out which brand drafts which world champion. WWE Champion Big E drafted to Raw sounds better for the draft than just saying he remains on Raw. Maybe New Day even gets drafted together this time around.

Re: WWE Raw & Smackdown September Thread

Kofi was commenting on this weeks Raw and the 8 man tag match. Shouldn't come as a surprise to people, but he mentioned that he found out about the match from social media. As in, the moment everyone found out about the match online is when he also found out.
