Re: WWE Crown Jewel 10/21/21

Just got done watching it, if you put everything aside about Saudi, the card itself was too good not to watch. I wish that was the Summerslam Card honestly but I say that as someone who attended Summerslam.

- Just watch that HIAC match, just so incredible. It actually felt like a real Hell In A Cell worthy match and the Cell was used the way it is supposed to be used, the end of a feud, not some gimmick on a yearly PPV.

- I'm happy to see Zelina win and good for Woods on becoming King Of The Ring. It still feels a bit cheap giving him that just so he has something since Kofi & E won the WWE Championship. I just hope this becomes a yearly tradition and they don't waste the tournaments on the Saudi show so more Superstars can be involved.

- Big E & Drew was a solid match, definitely felt those two could have put on more of a match but good to see Drew solidify Big E's title reign. Didn't really care too much for Lashley/Goldberg, skipped through most of it but the ending was cool with Goldberg spearing Lashley through a table off the stage.

Becky/Sasha/Bianca is right up there behind Edge/Rollins for match of the night. Those three Women put on a show, just absolutley incredible. I don't know what they are planning to do given the title situations but perhaps Survivor Series can be someone from RAW challenging Charlotte to bring back the title to RAW and vice versa with Becky.

- That was the best Reigns/Lesnar match those two have had, I know this time there is the story with Heyman and Roman is much more polished at this point compared to 2015 but this match was better than Mania 34 and their Summerslam match. So now I guess Steel Cage at the Royal Rumble to keep the Usos out.

I guess Undertaker was too busy being Pit Bull's Hype Man to make an appearance on this show.

Good show. The women did their thing in both matches (again, congrats to Zelina), got a "feel good" moment with Xavier becoming the newest KOTR, Edge/Rollins put on a barn burner (which I totally missed and need to re-watch), Goldberg didn't actually botch anything or injure Bobby Lashley and both men's title bouts were good.

I am disappointed that babyface Brock Lesnar fights the same exact style as the "Beast Incarnate" monster heel version, though.

Re: WWE Crown Jewel 10/21/21

This show was good. More WWE ppvs need this big show feel to it. That's what PPVs are supposed to be.

The ending of the Universal title match just raises more questions.

Who did Heyman intend to throw the title to? His reaction at the end of the match seems to suggest he meant Lesnar.

And Woods as KOTR! He's literally been talking about this for years. Good to see him finally get it. I hope this could somehow lead to New Day reunited on Raw.
