Gotta just go all the way with it especially since fans are endlessly booing him, but it seems like if he did he'd have to (in theory) realign himself with the Elite.

They (either Cody, Khan or both) are reticent to make that happen even if it really SHOULD.

This is how you do the whole "Can they co-exist" story WWE.

Cody turning heel doesn't need the Elite, him turning heel by using his EVP powers to grant himself a World Title Match and winning the title that way would work. You could even turn The Elite faces out of it too so we get Cody vs Kenny.

Hangman wins tonight then Danielson puts him over in his first title defense is absolutely perfect.

That's too much peeking behind the curtain for my taste.

And he's probably staying in this weird, quasi - heel spot he's in especially since he has the most mainstream cache amongst the EVP's.

Over two hours in and we still have 3 matches left. Several matches tonight could have cut 5-10 minutes. They still need to work on their match pacing for PPVs.
