Just from appearance, this honestly just looks like a severe muscle contusion. Roman was playing it up well with "pulling" his shoulder back into socket.

His tricep muscle looked to be firing still, could easily still see definite flex. If it is severe, he would not have easily been able to do the double belt raise on the ramp at the end. The one in the ring, imo, was just good selling.

Plus, Brock put that arm into a Kimura for a good bit of time. Yes, it wasn't a legit Kimura Lock, but still...Roman would have told Brock to go after the other arm if it was actually injured.

Could be wrong, but I deal with these kind of injuries with patients all the time, but also am not seeing him in person!
