Man, I can't decide between Riddle or Rollins on who is the best worker in WWE?

Riddle has never disappointed in a match I've watched. Dude needs to get at least one major title run in him at some point.

The correct answer is AJ Styles

I love Styles, but those two haven't disappointed me in a very long time.

AJ is at the point in his career when he needs to get the most out of his talent, IMHO. That isn't a knock on him but the reality that the older you get the better you need your opponent to be, again, IMHO.

I know they're advertising the tag title match for SD, but part of me feel like it won't happen or conclude during SD.

Heyman or Reigns gets involved, leading to it becoming a HIAC title unification match in a few weeks.

Re: WWE RAW & Smackdown May Thread

Sounds like Sasha Banks and Naomi "took their ball and went home".

Reports saying they disagreed with what was gonna happen during the six pack challenge so they left mid show.

I don't think either was winning it anyways, but the only thing I could think of as to why they'd be mad is if they were the first ones to be eliminated.

Becky and Asuka should be the final 2 of that match for sure. So I'm guessing they're probably mad they'd have Doudrop and Nikki lasting longer in the match than Sasha and Naomi? Doesn't feel like a "die on the hill" type of argument, so there has to be more to it all.

Maybe a quick elimination for both of them? And being the tag champs, that does sound like something that wouldn't sit well with them.

Edit-Now the reports are saying Naomi was supposed to win. I don't get how that made sense. Was she gonna turn on Banks during the match?

Sounds like once again WWE not caring about tag teams. It's too soon to break them up, let them have a good run WWE. Assuming Sasha would be eliminated by Naomi to cause a rift between the two instead of you know... building them as a tag team. The problem here Bianca isn't losing anytime soon, having either of your tag champs lose to Bianca on PPV is a bad idea.

Asuka just returned so her losing doesn't make sense, Becky is definitely being saved for MITB or Summerslam. So a small feud with Doudrop or Nikki makes more sense.

Sasha has been here before, there was a big deal about the titles being defended on all three brands. They even had Bayley & Sasha appear in NXT, they lost the titles at Wrestlemania then Sasha walked out for months in 2019. Sounds like bad creative once again getting in the way.

Look, I like Sasha and Naomi. But how many times can "bad creative" be an excuse for Sasha to walk out. And now Naomi heads out the door with her. Not a good move if she ever wants to be in the title picture again, or join the Bloodline.

I guess if you subscribe to the belief that if you are a wrestler under contract and don't like how you are being booked then you have every right to just walk out, then I'm not gonna change your mind about that. To me, it sounds like Sasha overvalues herself a bit. Becky and Bianca are the top two women in WWE. Sasha and Naomi are a tier below them. At this point in time, anyway. I know Sasha can be at the top as she has been before. So I'm not saying she can't be on that level. That's just how it is right now. I guess if she can't accept that, then go home.

Also, by them leaving, they made it so Doudrop and Nikki lost their place on the show, and most likely lost money as well. Pretty selfish if you ask me.

I might get crap for this take, but this is just how I feel about it. And we don't even know how the match was supposed to play out. So we can't really assume it was bad booking, other than in the minds of Sasha and Naomi.

Re: WWE RAW & Smackdown May Thread

Listening to ATB, the Usos mentioned Naomi has had her own ideas of joining The Bloodline.

I wonder if that had anything to do with it. You could have Naomi turn on Sasha at any moment and "go into business for herself" and join the Bloodline. Maybe they did have Naomi turning on Sasha during Raw but it had nothing to do with the Bloodline, it was simply a turn for the sake of giving Bianca a challenger for one show.
