Game Keeps Crashing When I Try To Delete Wrestlers

So this started happening a week ago, and I don't know why or what to do about it. Whenever I go to edit a wrestler or go into the deletion utility in order to delete a wrestler to free up space the game crashes. Any idea why this happens or how I can fix it?

If it's fir 2k24, try going into edit, when you click on the wrestler, and it gives you those 2 options for deleting.

Choose the first, then go into the delete utility page, scroll over to your images tab and press triangle on ps, Y for Xbox.

That should delete the entire wrestler.

It crashes both when I go into the create a wrestler section and when I go to the deletion utility

This is a known glitch. It has happen to me 15 times. So when you get to 1k images for some reason you can not edit or delete the wrestlers, it will dashboarded. I told 2k about it and all they said was we have to be careful with who we download. Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to delete your whole save and start over

This is a known glitch. It has happen to me 15 times. So when you get to 1k images for some reason you can not edit or delete the wrestlers, it will dashboarded. I told 2k about it and all they said was we have to be careful with who we download. Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to delete your whole save and start over

I wouldn't have reinstalled this even one time after that happened lol. This has been going on since like 2k16. Beyond inexcusable and crazy they have no clue how to fix it.

It just happened to me in August after downloading a Jay Briscoe CAW. I couldn't access any wrestler I created, because as soon as I tried to enter the creation suite, the game crashed.

Also, the image deletion utility crashed, so I think it was because of one or more images contained in such Jay Briscoe CAW.

No workaround were found and 2K help line was as usual of no help at all.

I had to wipe out my save file and rebuild everything from scratch, caws, moveset and even more of a pain, going through the showcase again.

How do you delete everything on Xbox Series X? When I try to delete the save file on the system it just redownloads from the cloud when I go back into the game, and I can't delete it from the game itself because it crashes before I have the chance.

This is my 2nd time deleting my original save and starting over. It is now happening to me for the 3rd time. I cannot edit or delete again. I sent this ticket to 2k back in March and still no remedy. I just play the game because I am bummed out on the bugs with the logos and the deletion.

It's just crazy that this is still a thing, but this has to be something from getting CAWS from guys on PC etc. right?

I haven't downloaded any CAWS in 2 years because of this, not worth it. I just snag updated belts and whatever DLC is out and run with it. Only way to play without issues popping up unfortunately.
