    Sync Problems


    I just opened the game on my Xbox One X and it took awhile to sync and said some DLC couldn't be synced. Basically it's starting me over from the beginning like I've never played the game. How can I get my updated sync info or can I? Really don't feel like doing all of that over again

    Sinner I am sorry to tell you this but you are screwed. I have had this problem with wwe 2k series since wwe 2k15. When ever you switch xbox's or change your profile , it is a sync glitch and it will not re up anymore. I have spoken with MS and 2k about this. It is a 2k error that they have not corrected since.

    I am a huge Caw creator and I lose all my data all the time because of this. I have not created any content this time yet because I am waiting to hook up my xbox one x. Once I have it up and ready, then I will start. Sorry bud but that sync data is gone.

    If it was Nba 2k or another game, you can easily get all that data back, but the wwe 2k series has a sync glitch that they do not correct or pay attention to. You can see other forums with people who have had this on going issue. It is a 2k sync glitch that you can not get your data back ever.

      Thanks for response but not what I wanted to hear at all, takes so long to create stuff and I've had problems with this game from early on. Haven't been able to play MyPlayer because of a game freezing glitch since Oct 16th, wish I could get my money back and was seriously thinking about calling my bank to reimburse me for this crap. Not sure I have the energy to go through all that in this game again.

        I'd suggest going into the "Manage Game" menu from the My Games and Apps and possibly deleting the file from the affected Xbox. From there, let it see if it syncs again. I can confirm I've gone back and forth between my original X-Box One to my Xbox One S with no issues syncing back and forth a number of times. Can't confirm this on my X-Box One X yet since it's still transferring stuff from my Xbox One S. I'll let you know if I have the same issue, but you might have some luck following the steps I gave you.

          I'll try that, actually reinstalled the game but haven't had a chance to check and see if it works. I went to the old Xbox to see if it was good and it was messed up there to after it downloaded the patch. Will see if it works or not.

            Worked out just fine here. Did you happen to get the message after patch asking you to update the save file because it was old?

              Actually I let me younger cousin play for a bit and after reinstalling I got the message that certain DLC couldn't be downloaded and I'm assuming he selected yes. I think that may be the reason that everything got erased because from the wording he should have selected no, I did and when doing this I can't play the game because it's asking for DLC Kurt Angle, but when I go to the store and try to install it says already installed and it's not showing on the External HD

                For your dlc , go to storage on your new xbox and look for it in your "manage leftover add-ons. Uninstall from there and then go into the digital wwe deluxe game in store. Look for the packs there and reinstall.

                  Thanks did that and all of my data was in fact gone, starting like a new game. I just got a refund from Microsoft cause this game has been nothing but problems for me, saw there have been a lot of people getting refunds for it. Just uninstalled it.
