Great article. Pretty much every idea would be great. Unfortunately, I don't see a lot of this happening because even through kayfabe is dead, it's still something they try to hold on to in different mediums.*

SVR2006 had a GM mode where match ratings and feud heat were important and not the results. Ofourse it still had its limitations but this shows something in this direction has actually been tested before.

Yeah I'd be all in on this, especially if we could call specific spots/finishes in matches and actually play the matches. And I am talking about book a match for 15 minutes. At 7 minutes in you call for a specific spot and at 13 minutes in you call for a set of spots for your finish. Would love that.

Just fires up SvR 2007 to explore GM mode there. Never done this before so will see if it scratches that itch.

Dope Idea. I remember a couple years ago you could download peoples stories. That would be dope to add the stories into the universe. It would be huge.*

Smackdown has regressed since the ps3. I remember walking around backstage jumping off balconies. Now its just boring.

I personally wouldn't have much interest in a mode where I totally booked the winners and losers.* I tried playing Total Extreme Wrestling and just couldn't stay interested long enough.* *This is just a personal preference but I'd rather play the matches as they are now and allow you to simulate the ones you absolutely wanted to win.* Technically the way it is now you can say who wins or loses.* If they added more of a show ratings system and some of the ideas in the article I'm definitely for that.* I personally don't think universe is that far away but I'd prefer more of a franchise type mode out of it where guys retire, new blood comes up.* Guys become Hall of Famers, etc..* And they need tons more content as far as storylines and cutscense that are more dynamic and varied to keep it more exciting. As it is I know you know every cutscene that's going to pop up during a rivalry eventually.* *I just* dont' want to get into the minutia of being a booker.* That's just me though.
