I saw that but they are working on 22k version. What worries me is they might put out a game in between making 22k. A non simulation style. From someone who plays a lot of fire pro wrestling simulation is everything to the wrestling fan. We not interested in some arcade style game. I am also baffled why they said the 22k version they are working on even though it would not come out this year would NOT be on the new ps or xbox system baffles my mind.
I've never really been able to get into the Fire Pro games. I'm curious to see what kind of game they might release later this year as I'm really not satisfied with the current options for wrestling games. We'll see.

I just picked back up 2k19 and it is a very strong game.

I'm a wrestling fan and I've been wanting an over the top arcade game for a long while. Something fast, fun, with all the elements of the WWE or whatever.
I wouldn't mind something that is more focused on the sim aspect of total extreme wrestling with the ability to play matches and call for set spots etc. Unlikely, but I'd like that balance of simulation behind the scenes stuff with the ability to call matches and play them.
Visual Concepts has a lot on their plate with NBA2k and likely already working on an NFL title for 2021. Therefore, it would make perfect sense if WWE was put on the backburner.

I actually already have 2k19. I agree it is pretty solid. I have a lot on my plate as is but jumping back into it may very well be an option for me, just not right now.
