So 2K basically release a working game, then patch it after people bought it and turn it into a light version of the 2K20 situation all over again?


Wow... I really hope 2K fix this. Doesn't exactly give much confidence to their development testing team...

I can definitely confirm it is still an issue. Crashed on the first one I attempted. They can't get a patch to do what is supposed to do now. Do they even hire anyone to test these patches?

So, seeing a lot of people saying the patch did...somewhat...fix the issue.

You'll have to delete all logos, and such and redownload. I have seen around 20 people say this has worked. Not a great workaround, and very time consuming (waste of your earlier time), but have seen this work.

What kinds of CAW and logo #'s are people doing where it's crashing constantly? Honest question. I have about a dozen downloaded CAWs, some with massive amounts of custom images (Malakai Black and CM Punk come to mind first), and 4 downloaded custom shows and I've yet to experience a crash. I'm on the X Series.

I'm in your group as well. It is close to 300 logos, 280 I believe is the "death" number.

I ended up getting a corrupted save and had to start again.
I've had fairly regular hard locks trying to do certain things but no actual crashes yet. The hard locks are worse though as I'd rather it just crash to desktop.

The good news is I can finally select any arena for exhibition matches now lol.

So I was experiencing random crashing to desktop on PC even after the patch. None of the stuff worked like deleting logos,Caws, and arenas.


But I have now found the issue to all my crashes. It did have to do with CAW's though. Since this is the first year for cross platforms with community creations, some of those creations from other platforms are not getting custom images or menu pose information. So if you go inside creations and then edit custom superstar look for CAWS you have downloaded with a black silhouette instead of a custom image or menu pose. All those had me crash each time I put them in a match, so i went into personal information for each of them and gave them a custom image or a new menu pose and then saved them again. And bam that fix my crashes! The load times are crazy long with CAW's but **** this morning I did a full 30 man CAW royal rumble with zero issues.



I hope this helps someone else. If you are getting crashes with default wrestlers and arenas, then you most likely have another issue.
