The community guy on the 2K forums has already said last-gen will have lighting upgrades. I'd expect nothing more than that and hope to be surprised if you're someone who isn't upgrading to PS4/XBOX One.

A lighting change should help out a lot, but I'd be shocked to see any real changes beyond that.

I think the faces will look better , somebody like Stone Cold hasn't had his face changed for like 12 games . I think he could look a whole lot better . Same with some of the retro wrestlers like Triple H , Orton , Cena and the Rock . NBA 2k last gen did a very good job with their classic CF's .
