2k Banning Chris Benoit Face Texture Uploaders

Yea it's a big deal when it's a wrestler that's still highly popular in a wrestling sense . Some people aren't good caw makers so the download community was made to help us obtain great caws from other posters . It only helps the selling of the product . Nobody is going to boycot the game because of a Benoit caw . If it's not a " big deal " why is it being enforced now where in past games nobody even cared ? 2k has been annoying with their 2k share as of late from the nba 2k games to try banning of modded caws last year on 2k14.

You don't need to be a good CAW maker. Just download his face into your game and call it something besides Chris Benoit face. The fact that you can add his ACTUAL FACE to the game is probably the reason they don't want him shared this year.

Actually you do need some skill to make a good caw , anyone can download his face but you still have to tweak it make it almost perfect . That's still lame IMO but whatever , people will work around it someway .

You shouldn't be allowed to ban someone when they don't know they're doing wrong. Benoit, albeit a murderer, was still a WRESTLER. "Offensive Material" is subjective in every sense of the word. Regardless of that fact, people should've received a warning first. Not an outright ban because they uploaded his face or CAW.

You got people with Hitler and Manson CAWs running around, are they less important? That's what's wrong with the world today. Can't see passed the 5 minutes in front of them. Marcus and 2K can spin it however they want, but its just wrong. But since the gaming community allow the Pubs and Devs to get way with these things, nothing will change. It's all hot air.

And his situation has since been resolved.

They're just deleting now, not banning.
