Like the title states, is there a legend that should be in the game every year?

I think Hogan, Rock, and Stone Cold should be in every year.

Stone Cold Steve Austin (1998)
Shawn Michaels (1997)
Bret Hart (1996)

Those are my elite four. There are plenty more that should/will be included YoY, but those are the ones that I enjoy having most.

SCSA & The Rock pretty much ARE in every year, which is expected. I love adding them and Hogan to my universe sometimes.
