Bug Or Glitch: Both

Issue: The Wyatt Family and Bray Wyatt Entrance doesnt play the beginning intro to there theme when he says "Were Here" and blows out his lamp

I wanted Seth Rollins to hold the title for a year. However, giving him the title increase his number of times he has won it (ie., 2) but stays at 22 weeks. I have tried to give the title to someone else by having them beat Seth, but it doesnt work.

How often has the bug been reproduced?
Every time I try to give a Superstar the title.
