Logo Issue, need help

So, I am on XBOX ONE had the game a few days now.

I go to the screen and generate the code on the game.....go to the website and use the code, upload my logo......but when I go to the game and go to my uploads or whatever it says...... it says i havent done anything.

No idea how to get my logo on the game. any help? thanks.

Nothing you are doing wrong. It's the same on PS4. I've literally tried uploading things multiple times at once just to try and get my logos up there and they don't show up for awhile then they will either not show up at all or show up multiple times. They also wont necessarily show up immediately it might take a little bit.

I have one that I can't get uploaded no matter what it seems.

There are many problems with this on both systems.

My suggestion is to upload them multiple times (I usually do 3-5) each time you try and upload and see what shows up and just keep trying. It's a pain but not much else that can be done right now.
