Yeah chair shots should definitely cause blood. But many times I've had blood trigger because of normal stomps and DDTs.

I would not complain if only weapons and foreign objects cause blood, but not in ring moves

Most of the time I only watch AI matches and it seems like most moves that affect the head can trigger blood.
