Great game. As MattG mentioned, it does have some stability issues, but it plays well overall

I love the depth this game goes into. Stats, history, recruiting, coach movement, it's amazing. For someone who just wants to be a college admin, this is the game to get!

Visual is lacking (there is none), and the general game stability...it tends to crash every now and then...are what will keep the casual gamer away. Overall though one of the best front office sort of games made.
