#1 question is will penalties work this year, the guys usually come up with great slider sets. Can I get a NFL game that mimics the NFL....

8.5 out of 10 is a great rating for not even playing the game yet, due to the fun factor and reliability of NCAA Football 14. Every year NCAA comes out Madden comes with a little more gameplay that always ends up in NCAA the next year. In NCAA 14 there are too many holes in the passing game. I.E. QB passes to a wide open receiver and a defender still lunges for the ball and intercepts it. The running game in NCAA 14 is great, so Madden will outshine the running game and make it as real as possible. Defensive mechanics in NCAA 14 are a little shaky, you take over a defender and you are bound to miss the tackle, because you never know who you will turn into while changing players, something I hope Madden fixes. I've changed into players at key moments but ended up turning away from the runner because I thought I was turning into one player and ended up being someone else. Just some insight.

new roster, a new feature or two but pretty much the same. Will still lack the 2K style replays and halftime shows...

Madden always carries bigtime hype. Lots of new features announced, owner mode sounds good, and if the running and blocking is like NCAA 14, then it should be a positive change for Madden as well. Looking forward to it as usual.
