Well, I was a bit skeptical about this years entry into the NCAA series. Last year I was extremely disappointed in NCAA and traded it in for Madden. After reading developer blogs and seeing early videos I though no way am I buying this game. I was like everyone else and said I will wait for Madden. Well I managed to get lucky this week in my fantasy football playoff game. My WR's managed to stink it up bad, Evans and Wayne, and Frank Gore got hurt. I just knew I was done for, barely leading going into last nights game, and my opponent had Matt Bryant left. Well Bryant had his worse game of the year and I get to move on to the Championship game against my brother with about $900.00 on the line. I'm just not a huge fan of Thursday night games in the NFL. I think it forces teams to stay very vanilla on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. I think in the future the NFL should look at having teams coming off bye weeks play on a Thursday night. Has LT lost a step, I don't think so I just think the offensive line is not as overpowering as they once were. I also don't think that they are using him in the passing game like years past. Well nothing exciting really happening today, In my health class I am teaching about parenting and paternity, the State of Texas says I have to teach this. With the amount of pregnancies going on at school I can see where this can be beneficial, hopefully some kids will take this to heart and understand that pregnancy is not fun, escpecially at 15 or 16. Man I love this time of year, the lights, decorations, and wonderful holiday food. I started setting out some Christmas decorations today, mainly lights on the bushes around my house. The kids, wife and myself have already decorated the inside and now it is time to enjoy the season. I haven't really fired the old PS3 up lately, I'm sure she is feeling neglected, but once I get the new COD that will change.
