Favorite all star game is the MLB one by far. Just a fun game. NBA would be 2nd.

Going to get some dinner tonight with the wife and relax. Turning 29...wow, I'm old.

Happy BDay EG.

Nothing going on here really. Same ol, same ol.

As for favorite All Star Game, I'd have to go with the NBA.It starts off loose and then the game gets real competitive in the 4th quater. I love that. MLB would be second to me.

re: QOTD: Definitely MLB. The NBA's is decent but I'm not a huge NBA fan so I'll stick with baseball. (surprise, surprise)

Re: Whats Up?: Nothing new going on. I was supposed to go skiing over the long weekend but it looks like those plans are falling through. The weather is supposed to go from 40's and 50's today and tomorrow to low teens with below zeron wind chills on Saturday and Sunday. Typical New England weather.

I guess life is good when you don't have much to say about it...or something.

QOTD: Baseball by far.

Good day! Mavs have the best record in the Western Conference! w00t! They're 2 back of Detroit for the best in the NBA. For once, I hope we can finish in front of the Spurs.

Morning chaps.

For me, the best all star game is probably the NBA with MLB a close second. I cant get into the pro bowl at all.
# 7 ehh @ 02/16/06 09:37 AM
QotD: Depends from year to year - either the NBA or the MLB. Sometimes one is just hands down better than the other in any given year.

Same 'ol stuff for me today, in the grind of another week. Today is dragging for a change - I don't know why. I'm sure it'll be over before I know it like usual.

We have a huge game tonight in the toughest of my adult leagues. We're 11-0 and facing the 2nd best team who we beat by 1 the first time around - their only loss. They missed the potential game-typing FT with no time left on the clock, CHOKERS!

The worst part is they talk so much ish and don't shut up the whole game. They play dirty and act like idiots - never the fun games to play.

I guess the NBA allstar game. I will at least watch a half of it.
# 9 faster @ 02/16/06 09:45 AM
ProBowl or the "ProBLOW" is definately the worst. NBA or MLB are always good stuff.
# 10 mjb2124 @ 02/16/06 10:07 AM
QOTD - MLB in a landslide for me. I don't enjoy the ProBowl and don't watch Basketball so my choice is pretty easy.

It's actually a nice day temperature-wise here today. Upper 40's, but going to hit 60 by the middle of the afternoon. However, it's been raining the entire morning. Makes for a dreary day.

I think I'm finally getting over my cold. I actually feel decent today which is the first time in a week. It's about time my body kicked this stuff...

Well, I'm about to hand in my letter of resignation in a few minutes. I'm nervous as hell, I hate doing stuff like this.

Yes, I already got another job. They gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. I have a really good relationship with the people I work now, and it's going to suck. I need to man-up and get it over with.

Good luck fishepa.

I know how much that sucks. 99% of the time it goes well and the people you talk to are very understanding, but it's just tough to do sometimes.

happy b-day Extreme... what game are ya getting today .....

good luck to you fishpa.. i did that once, but i get the feeling i was viewed as a "traitor" for leaving.. oh well..

the weather is beautiful right now.. so warm (around high 40's, low 50's) & pleasantly sunny.. went to the store to pick up SW Empire at War & am installing the game as i type.. i had to laugh once again because while i was at the store, I assume a very clueless parent was on the phone upset that the 360 didnt play all the old xbox games... the call went on forever....
got some time with the 360 yesterday at my friend's house.. I have to say personally that after playing some of the games, i am actually glad I decided to skip it for now... PGR3 & CoD2 (& the demo of FN 3)were really the only games i felt were worth it (& only then cause my buddy had just gotten his HD TV/monitor)...

as far as the All-Star game, MLB is the only one i can stand (maybe a little NBA too).. hockey & football are jokes (no hitting, etc).. the only time i saw the NHL game was the year Lindros went out & started smacking people around.
