Logitech DriveFX Steering Wheel Interview (360)

Inside Track has posted an interview with Logitech's Ruben Mookerjee, as they talk about the Logitech DriveFX Steering Wheel.
Inside Track: "I think one of the big questions game players have when it comes to steering wheel controllers is the use of "true" Force Feedback. What are your thoughts on this?"
Ruben Mookerjee: "Unfortunately, neither the original Xbox nor driving game titles currently on the market for the Xbox 360 support true force feedback. Force feedback has a directional component. For example, it forces the steering to the left when your competitor impacts you on the right hand side. This information is not present in Xbox 360 driving games, and consequently, all other driving wheels on the market have simply taken game-pad technology and added a steering wheel. Logitech’s axial feedback uses a motor and gear mechanism similar to a true force feedback wheel to replicate the torque and bumping effects that are more realistic of a car’s behavior."

Tokyo Xtreme Racer Screenshots (360)

Xboxyde has posted some screenshots of Tokyo Xtreme Racer.
"Genki released a bunch of images of Tokyo Xtreme Racer, which could end up being revolutionary. The graphics are a revolution for the industry, as some of the details (rear headlights, urgh) looks worse than two console generations back did. I really feel bad writing a lot of bad things about some Japanese developers as the people seems to be so kind, but they really need to shape things up."

If any team can do it, it's the Pistons...

HOWEVER... I'm not feelin' it. I think the Heat take it.
