TNA iMPACT! Interview Questions

Have any questions for the Producers of TNA iMPACT! Submit them here and we'll get them answered as soon as possible.

"TNA iMPACT! will feature more than 20 customizable TNA wrestlers, including Abyss, Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, Jeff Jarrett, Rhino, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Sting and more. The game will be available for the Xbox 360™ video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PLAYSTATION® 3 computer entertainment system, Nintendo Wii™ and PlayStation 2."

Can you go into detail about create a wrestler? How many options are we going to have for their appearance? Will we be able to import our on music for their theme music?

How many moves will each wrestler have?

Is there a submission system? If so how does it work?

How does the block/reversal system compare to the glorious AKI games from the N64 era (WCW vs. NWO, Wrestlemania 2000, Virtual Pro Wrestling)?

Question #1 - Gameplay wise, where does TNA IMPACT's gameplay compare to the following game engines.....

1. Japanese wrestling games (New Japan Pro/Touken Retsouden, King of Colisseum, No Mercy)

2. Acclaim WWF games

3. SD! series before Here Comes The Pain with Brock Lesnar Cvr. (Arcade/fast based gameplay)

4. SD! series w/ SD vs. RAW gameplay type. (Sim based aspects)

Question # 2 - Tag Team Entrances, will tag teams come out with their partners or will they have seperate entrances? If there is a stable feature, will the entire stable be able to come out during the entrance.

Question # 3 - Will there be a Create A Championship/Belt feature?

Question # 4 - How large is the roster going to be and who is confirmed to be a part of that roster?

Question # 9 - Weight detection. Will this game be the first wrestling game to have a true weight detection system in place? Last one that I can even remember getting a WD system somewhat right was No Mercy/Virtual Pro Wrestling 2.

Question # 11 - Can we turn off Don West's and Mike Tenay's commentary? Or even better, can we just turn off Don West?

Question # 12 - Will heels come out of the HEEL entryway and faces out of the FACE entryway?

How are finishers pulled off?

How does the counter/reversal system work? Are threre alot of reversal animations?

How Heavy is the storyline? Is it going to be linear? or are there going to be lots of options throught the mode?

Will there be unlockable wrestlers?

Will it be open world type where you can literally pick a fight with any other wrestler at a given time, or will the story be option based (pick option a,b, or c at a given time to choose a path)?

Will you be able to turn a heel face and vice versa?

Will there be multiple storylines for higher replay value?

Will this be more sim based or more arcade fighting based?

Will there be any unlockable characters?
