Yahoo! has the scoop.

"Video game publisher Electronic Arts Inc. has for a third time extended the deadline for its $2 billion tender offer to buy smaller rival Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., but it did not raise the price as many analysts had expected."

The more I read,the more I feel both companies want this deal to happen.It's just a matter of EA giving Take Two the money they want.

as long as EA doesnt try to get their hands in the GTA series production and go and messing stuff up LOL!!! then fine do whatever lol

exactly. They never make NEW GAMES the just add things from old PS2 games and call it NEW(as far as madden, nba live, etc...). This year they added 85 new features(to madden supposedly) but about 2 of them you will actually see in the game if that. One big feature is the ONLINE LEAGUES!!!! 2k had this since dreamcast. They are pathetic they are the ones who need to be bought out!!!
