IGN has posted nine more new boxers in Fight Night Round 4.

I think the rating are legit also, but you always have those who complain. James Toney is higher than other in the heavyweight division because of the skills he had at the lower weight classes he was in. For example, he may not have that much power but he's alot quicker and more durable. That effects the ratings.
