Building custom players by working with a mentor, the 2K Insider, and increasing their NBA stock through a variety of challenging basketball drills and 5-on-5 games.
I definitely will be a 1 pick now. All I have to do is make 5 3's in a row and he will give me a 90+ rating. Why the hell is he back seriously

I hate this:

  • All players created in NBA 2K10: Draft Combine will wear a special patch on their uniform throughout the rest of that player’s career to denote that they have completed the NBA Draft Combine.

Looks like it will cost 5 bucks.

  • NBA 2K10: Draft Combine, developed by Visual Concepts, is planned for release in North America, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and India this September on Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360 (400 Microsoft Points) and PlayStation Network for PLAYSTATION 3 system ($4.99). Im thinking this might be straight especially since you get a sample of 2k10's gameplay a month before hand.

This is getting pretty interesting. Wow they brought back the shoe editor. I remember making this faq for 2k5:

I really hope its not super easy to get your player a 99 rating. Does anyone know if this is needed to use the career mode in the game?

LOL..There was plenty of news there. They announced a career mode called My Player, new options for accessories and sig shots and an Xbox Live mode.

I don't think the "NBA 2K10 Draft Combine" game is necessary in order to play Career Mode in NBA 2K10, it's just a pre-game to the actual game in which you can incorporate your created player into NBA 2K10.

I'm sure you are able to create a player in 2K10 and implement him into the career mode w/o the Draft Combine game.

I like the custom animations for shooting - hopefully they have the same for dunks. I want gameplay videos, but hopefully this "official" information creates a flood of other things.

Please no sliding....please no sliding....please no sliding....
