Total Extreme Wrestling 2010 News Post

Phoenix, AZ January 25, 2010 - Grey Dog Software, a Phoenix based developer of sports management simulations for personal computers, announces the release of its highly anticipated Total Extreme Wrestling 2010 (TEW2010). TEW2010 is available for digital download exclusively via Grey Dog Software for US $34.95.

TEW2010 becomes Adam Ryland’s fifth generation of the game. Beginning with its original title, Extreme Warfare, the game has now been a fan favorite for over a decade. Building on the enormous success of its predecessors, TEW2010 takes the series to new heights with a multitude of great new features and changes, including many of the most popular suggestions made by TEW fans.

Total Extreme Wrestling 2010 takes lead from its predecessor allowing players to take on the role of a wrestling promoter, where it is up to you to try and steer your chosen company to the top of the industry, along the way dealing with prima donna superstars, wars and alliances with other wrestling companies, and the demands of TV corporations!

Features:
  • Drag And Drop Booking - In the previous games in the series, you would make your selection by scrolling through the drop-down boxes. In TEW2010, this process is now simplified. Making booking a much more streamlined and user-friendly task.
  • User Preferences - The new User Preferences has been introduced to maximize your ability to customize the gameplay experience. Each player has access to their own User Preferences screen, from which they can enable or disable any of fourteen choices.
  • Narratives - Brand new never-before-seen feature. Narratives allow the database maker to introduce an element of storytelling to his game world. In short, using the editor, the user can pre-set certain events to happen on specific days, along with the optional ability to create a story explaining the event that will appear on the in-game web site as well. The available events are primarily split into three: game world, promotion and worker.
  • National Trends - For every area in the game, the database maker has access to a Trend screen. This consists of the 12 Product Types used to define promotions (i.e. Traditional, Mainstream, Comedy, Cult, etc.), and four settings for each: Starting Level, Stability, Minimum Level and Maximum Level.
  • And much more!
