NBA 2K11: Dominate in My Player Mode and See Your Signature Shoes on Other Players

The NBA 2K11 facebook page has given us another update to My Player mode.

Nice addition. I still think the press conference stuff was bigger. Does this might mean we could get a shoe deal if we play well enough? That would be pretty cool.

Nice, I wonder if it's not only for my player so we could "create" other brand shoes like Under Armour, Li-Ning and others.

i like that idea too. Hope they allow trade possibilities. and maybe being able to play as a current rookie would be cool too

dude, your expectations are too high. This is news but 2k is gonna keep the noteworthy stuff in the insight. Most people aren't looking for the homerun hits in the extra info they give on "myplayer". All the biggest improvements and additions are gonna be in the insight. Chill man. Like Beluba said, try not to get over-hyped for this game because you will always be let down.

I'm guessing you saw yesterday's My Player tidbit, why did you think this one would be any different?

The My Player insight is coming out tomorrow btw. You'll get all your info there.

Nice addition. I see that the Jordan Brand name is grayed out. Does that mean we have to wear Jordans?

Also interested in seeing if this is something we create right off the bat, or if any progress in your NBA career is needed.

Hopefully the insight answers these questions.

Idk, from the picture, it looks like it's preset to Jordan , and you just name it . I hope it's not. lol, cuz then it wouldn't really be your shoe.

I think it's more of a shoe contract. He probably signed a contract with the Jordan brand.
