Most likely a play now game or Cotton Bowl. Those two do not play a neutral site regular season game at Cowboy Stadium.

The Cowboy Classic to open the season up is LSU vs UO is played at Cowboy Stadium

Actually they do. LSU/Oregon kickoff the season in Dallas this year.

Neutral site games are probably in, but limited to NFL stadiums. Any games played at non-typical locations (baseball fields, smaller venues, etc.) probably still won't be in.

Ok, I think people have gotten a little obsessive over the pic and trying to make assumptions that might not be there.

Yes, netural site games would be great. But just because Oregon and LSU happen to play in Dallas this season doesn't imply anything. As some with a very astute eye have pointed out, there might just be a Cotton Bowl patch there. It was funny reading about two dozen straight posts of people thinking it means neutral site over and over.
