I noticed it's on an Xbox. Sometimes the system date can be off if you do a system format / factory restore (it's been a minute since I owned one, I play on the PS3 now).

I believe November 22, 2005 was the launch date of the Xbox 360.

The menu design is sleek. An improvement I'm sure all who believed the menus were the same as 2K11.

If you unplug your xbox and don't connect it online when you plug it back, it shows that date
