MLB 14 The Show Features Online Franchise - New Screenshots and Videos From Taiwan

Operation Sports reader tedus captured a few videos from his MLB 14 The Show hands-on in Taiwan. He also grabbed a couple of screenshots showing off the new front end, which confirms online franchise.

Below are a few of his impressions, after playing for 10 minutes. More info is sure to come soon, but until then, enjoy.

The field/batting camera changed!
Presentation almost the same!
Control felt good!
Base running animation felt some different!
Fielding felt more responsive

Thanks that looked great even for PS3!

I like the new scorebug "number of pitches"

even without the team logos it still looks great. And I am loving how the new running animations look.

First thing I see is a pitch count at the bottom of the scorebug.
Team logos are gone from scorebug.
Lead runner is pulsating. Not sure if thats new or if that means hes the "active" runner.
Am I noticing a ball trail or is that just the video transfer?
And I like the stadium girders on the info boxes.
Hes also no playing with GPC On.

I like the split second delay in transition but when the outfielder catches the ball he seems so far away from the camera.

True and if I can have the new split second delay in transition for the same camera I used in MLB 13 The Show then this is going to be fantastic!

A lot of the guys here have been wanting this I think.
