Launch Day Madden NFL 15 Roster Update Has Arrived, Details Included

For those of you with early access to Madden NFL 15, EA Sports has already released their launch day roster update. It includes updated ratings and/or position changes for 1,272 players.

I like the Giants updates just missing a few key things. Corey Washington and Marcus Harris need to be "created" and Wilson needs to be retired.

This. Makes. No. Sense. How? There are no real games played yet. What has Haloti Nata for example done to make his ratings drop? I just have such are hard time taking updates like these seriously. Since Donny and Co. finalized the ratings until today what has really happened to cause ratings to go up and down? Guys have literally played no more than 4 quarters of pre-season football yet that is enough to cause ratings to change?

They've changed Ngata to an LE.

The Madden ratings are not good. I always have to edit them myself, it's usually easier towards the end of the year, when they've at least added most of the players to the teams. Still wondering how Earl Thomas is only a 95 and the second highest rated FS in the game. He was a 1st team all-pro, that means even the NFL thinks he's the best at his position in the game.

Same with Danny Amendola, can't be based of pre-season cause he has looked excellent this year. He has appeared in limited games but that's by design not anything against him.

Yeah, just look at DeMarco Murray. Went down 19 points in TRK, yet up 21 points in ELU. I'm not sure what Murray has done in the preseason to merit that lol.

Some of these changes appear to be an admission that some guys Moore just had rated completely wrong.
