NBA 2K17 Face Scan App (MyNBA2K17) Available For Android & iOS Devices

MyNBA2K17 is available now for Android users on the Google Play Store and according to Ronnie, it is scheduled to arrive for iOS devices at 6:00 AM PST.

UPDATE #2: The servers are down.

UPDATE #3: The servers are up and MyTEAM Mobile seems to work, but switching over to NBA 2K17 to get a face scan, gives you the following error:

As we hear anything, we will continue to update this post, but let us know what you're seeing.

Ronnie also mentions that you won't be able to see your scan until The Prelude is released on Friday, but you will be able to scan your face with the app.

Guys, on the uploading stage I keep getting an error message "An error occurred while attempting to upload your scans", also tried resetting the app, resetting my phone, recapturing face scans but I still keep on getting this error while uploading. I had a successful upload maybe on my 15th try but the scan was broken. Now, it's maybe my 50th attempt and still with the error.

The app says it needs 8.0 iOS uppdaterad or higher, but i got the latest update on my phone, is my phone to old? Got a iPhone 4

Yes iPhone 4 only got to 7.1.3 iOS

Nothing I do seems to work. Better lighting. Less lighting. Laying down. Backing against a wall.

I wonder if it's because I always have a single pic that's a little bit blurry. And maybe I'll try the rear facing camera once.

Yeah I've run out of ideas myself. I've had super good lighting but it just morphs into a monster.

My scan won't even upload to the game. I've been hit with "an error occurred while attempting to upload your scans" at least 50 times. I can guarantee when it does work I'll come out looking deformed though.

you should start the game with a generic face, save and exit the game.Then go to the app.

NBA2k17 Prelude Scan your Face keeps saying Cannot See Face before it even starts scanning. The circle comes up but then says cannot see face immediately. On a android galaxy s7. Please help. I'm freaking out

Tells me that sometimes i just restart the app and fixed.
