Skate 3 News Post

Skate 3 has been added to the Xbox One backward compatibility list. You can purchase it for $11.99 ($9.99 for Xbox Live Gold Subscribers).

The digital tiles that you own and are part of the Back Compat game catalog will automatically show up in the “Ready to Install” section on your Xbox One. For disc-based games that are a part of the Back Compat game catalog, insert the disc and the console will begin downloading the game to your hard drive. After the game has downloaded to your hard drive, users will still need to keep the game disc in the drive to play.

Fans can also grab the San Van Party Pack for free, from today until November 20.

Solid game, no idea why they haven't made a current gen version yet. I'll just have to keep shredding powder instead of asphalt while I wait....

Infinite Air FTW!

I still think I like the 1st one best of them all, but bring it on!! I'd sure love a current gen version down the road as well.

So, if the San Van Party Pack is nearly Multiplayer-Only, the Servers are back up right? Had some problems when I last played in December a year ago.

Online work as well? Decent amount of people for lobbies?

Agreed. It was definitely the smoothest (2 & 3 both had hitchy frame rates) and the world seemed more thought out and cohesive. Only drawbacks were you couldn't change the camera angle or step off your board, but overall it seemed the most polished all around.
